Privacy policy
Last updated: 28th August 2026
This policy explains what personal data Revive collects through this site, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. Plain English, same as everything else we do.
1. Who we are
Revive Marketing Management Ltd ("Revive", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14745128, registered office 30 Upton Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN13 1BZ.
This policy covers our own use of your data as a visitor to this site or someone enquiring about our services. If we process personal data on behalf of a client while delivering their services (for example, running their website, SEO, or ads), that processing is governed by our agreement with that client, not this policy.
2. What we collect
Enquiries and leads. When you fill in a form on this site, book a call, or email us, we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
Site usage data. We collect standard technical information when you browse the site, including IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site, via analytics tools (see Cookies below).
We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as health, religious belief, or ethnicity), and ask that you do not include it in any message you send us.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss our services – our legitimate interest in running our business and, once you become a client, performance of a contract.
- To send you marketing communications – only with your explicit opt-in consent. You can withdraw this at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- To keep records for accounting, tax, and legal purposes – a legal obligation.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it – our legitimate interest, supported by cookie consent where required.
4. How we use AI tools
We use AI-assisted tools, including large language models such as Anthropic's Claude, OpenAI's ChatGPT, and Perplexity, to help us analyse data, draft content, and generate recommendations. Where personal data is involved, we pseudonymise or aggregate it where feasible before it reaches an AI tool. In some cases, limited personal data (for example, a name or enquiry content) may be included in a prompt to produce a more tailored response. These providers process data under their own enterprise terms and do not use our data to train their models.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the suppliers who help us run this site and respond to your enquiry, including:
- Hosting and infrastructure – GoDaddy, Cloudflare, and our WordPress hosting providers.
- Google services – Analytics, Search Console, Ads, Tag Manager, and Business Profile.
- Email and productivity – Google Workspace / Microsoft 365.
- AI providers – Anthropic, OpenAI, and Perplexity (see section 4).
- Payments and finance (clients only) – GoCardless, Stripe, Zoho Books.
Each of these acts as our processor or sub-processor and is contractually required to protect your data.
6. International transfers
Some of the providers above, including our AI providers and some hosting infrastructure, are based in or process data in the United States. Where that happens, we rely on a transfer mechanism recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the provider's own UK-recognised safeguards.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiry and lead data – up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you become a client.
- Client data – for the duration of our engagement, plus up to 6 years afterwards, to meet our accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations.
- Marketing consent – until you withdraw it.
We delete or anonymise data once it is no longer needed for these purposes.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, ask for your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@revivemarketing.uk. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, which cannot be switched off, and for analytics (such as Google Analytics 4 or Plausible) to understand how the site is used. You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings; blocking non-essential cookies will not stop you using the site.
10. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, access controls, and limiting access to those who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.
11. Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
